Dynamic warmups do produce the best results in terms of stretching the muscles and joints, but do be careful with it, especially when there are people who are suffering from injury or who have not exercised for a long time involved. For these people, it is better to stick with static stretching for a period of time before moving on to Dynamic. In fact, even for those who does exercise/train daily, for your stretching, it's advisable to do some static stretching before doing the dynamic ones(That is if you do any stretching at all).
